Through a blend of market insight, strategic foresight, and relationship acumen, the Director ensures that the organization expands its reach, strengthens its reputation, and achieves sustained, strategic growth.

The Sr Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, execution and optimization of marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, member engagement, and revenue growth for the PICPA and CPA Crossings. This role evaluates and refines campaign strategies by translating data and operational experience into actionable improvements. The Sr Specialist manages multi-channel campaigns, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, and ensures marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
