PICPA Leadership Team

Jen Cryder is PICPA’s chief executive officer. Jen joined the PICPA as chief financial officer and vice president and was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer before being named CEO in 2021. She is the first woman to be chief executive in the organization’s history. Jen is dedicated to leading as a strategic partner and always keeping member value at the forefront of her decision making. She is a thought leader in the accounting space who shares her insights on current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry, and has participated in interviews for various media outlets. In 2023, Jen was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today, and was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Influential CEOs. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University and a master’s degree (Business Administration, Taxation) from Drexel University.
