Board Treasurer Needed

Youth Service Inc., which has been around for more than 65 years and is dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect in Philadelphia, is seeking a treasurer to serve on its board of directors. If interested in serving, please contact Linda Wolohan at (610) 503-2947.

Pittsburgh

Volunteer Tax Assistance Needed in Mon Valley
While this program is not directly connected to the holiday season, the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania is partnering with the IRS to offer free tax preparation assistance for low income families and individuals in the Mon Valley, beginning January 2018. Volunteers with tax expertise are preferred, but the IRS will train individuals as well.
