Join the Lehigh Valley Chapter and the Bar Association of Lehigh County for a joint event presented by experts: Buddy Lesavoy, partner with Lesavoy Butz & Seitz and Martin Levin who is the managing director and senior partner for Regan Levin Bloss Brown & Savchak PC.

Many issues must be taken into consideration to avoid time-consuming and costly consequences. This seminar will provide an overview of the different types of business entities and analyze the financial aspects of entity structuring, including tax issues related to capital structure and compensation.

Bring a friend or make a new one! Your tasting includes a variety of reds, whites, and sparkling wines from Folino Estate, voted Best Winery by the Berks County 2018 People’s Choice. In addition to the tasting, your registration includes two drink tickets, appetizers, and dessert.

Emerging Issues in Professional Ethics Program & Networking Lunch – June 14

Over 60 members gathered for an ethics update at Allentown Brew Works. Attendees learned about the new codification of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, recent changes to the Code of Professional Conduct, and topics under consideration by regulatory and standards-setting bodies.
