PICPA Cares: Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer to Give Free Tax Prep for Low Income Individuals and Families

United Way of Southwestern Pa.
Various locations in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties

The United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking volunteers who are detail-oriented with a passion for community service, to prepare tax returns for low-income individuals and families in the Pittsburgh and Southwestern chapter areas in 2019. Households served often use their refunds and tax preparation savings to cover the costs of basic needs such as food, housing, and utilities.
