David H. Glusman heads the region's Advisory Practice (Litigation Support Services) and the Marital Dissolution Practice group. He is also a member of its National Healthcare Industry Practice as well as the Firm's Modern Family & LGBT Services Practice Group. He provides various consulting services in the areas of forensic accounting, litigation support, auditing and tax.

Mr. Glusman has extensive experience in forensic accounting and business valuation, estate and trust analysis for high net worth individuals, and in medical consulting for physician
practices and hospital‐physician related issues. He has also been involved in Medicare fraud and
abuse issues, physician compensation models, and information systems. As a federal judge recently noted, he provided "credible and persuasive" key testimony in a major legal malpractice case.

Mr. Glusman frequently presents to law firms, medical schools, universities, and professional associations, and leads continuing legal education seminars. He has authored more than 100 articles, co‐authored Accountants' Roles and Responsibilities in Estates and Trusts (CCH), and contributed to Fraud Casebook‐Lessons from the Bad Side of Business. In addition, he has served on the editorial board for several leading trade publications.

Mr. Glusman has more than 42 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at a leading professional services firm and headed the Forensic and Litigation departments for its Philadelphia office.

Mr. Benson has over 30 years of accounting experience. He specializes in matrimonial litigation support, real estate tax planning and compliance, and tax and consulting for individuals and closely held businesses. Working with attorneys in divorce litigation and settlement, Mr. Benson assists with preparing and responding to discovery requests, provides expert testimony and reports for trial and arbitration, and facilitates settlement negotiations. He calculates complex net income available for support and prepares asset and liability analysis for marital and non-marital components, value, and tax attributes. As a tax practitioner, Mr. Benson works closely with our real estate development clients on strategies related to ownership structure, drafting of partnership agreements, component analysis of asset acquisitions, wealth transfer, and ongoing federal and state tax planning and compliance. He is involved in all aspects of high net worth family tax and estate planning services and compliance.

He is a member of the American Institute and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, having served on various committees and in leadership positions. He currently serves on the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Divorce Committee as both speaker and course planner, and has been a course presenter to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, ABA, and various local Bar Associations.

Glenn Block is a CPA and partner in the accounting firm of Block & Aldinger and has been employed by the firm since 1982. Prior to that, Mr. Block worked with a CPA firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for two years.

In his current capacity as managing senior partner, Mr. Block provides services to the firm’s clients such as tax consulting, including federal and state business taxation, individual tax planning, financial planning, bankruptcy, business valuations, litigation support, forensic accounting, marital dissolution proceedings, and estate tax planning. Mr. Block is specialized in the area of forensic accounting and frequently is retained in matters involving lost profit damage calculations as well as other forensic matters. He is also specialized in the area of Pennsylvania family law as it pertains to child and spousal support calculations as well as equitable distribution. Mr. Block has prepared numerous business valuations, has testified in court as an expert witness on many occasions, and has also been appointed by the court in several cases to perform business valuations as an independent valuation expert in divorce proceedings and has also served as an arbitrator in civil litigation matters.

Mr. Block has been appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Divorce Conference Committee and is currently a member of that committee. He has been awarded an Accredited in Business Valuation credential (ABV) through the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). Mr. Block is also credentialed as a Certified Valuation Analyst, (CVA) and belongs to the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Block serves on the audit committee of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM). Mr. Block received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1979 from the American University in Washington, D.C., and belongs to the American Institute of CPAs as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.

Mr. Block frequently lectures before groups on different topic matters and was asked to be a speaker at the NACVA National Business Valuation Conference held in San Diego in June 2011. He has also lectured before the PICPA at their annual Divorce Conference 2011 and 2012 on topics such as “Techniques for Discovering Hidden Assets.” Mr. Block was chosen on behalf of the publication “Accounting Today,” a national magazine for CPAs, to be a speaker at their annual conference in Boca Raton, FL, in October 2013. He also was asked to be a speaker at the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Conference held in Las Vegas in November 2013. In January 2014, Mr. Block presented before the PICPA Forensic and Litigation Services Planning Committee at their annual planning meeting to host their annual conference.

Mr. Block is an expert in security and owns an alarm company in the Lehigh Valley area that sells and installs residential and commercial burglar alarm systems. Mr. Block is currently serving in his 4th year of a four-year term as elected Commissioner of South Whitehall Township, a community of approximately 20,000 citizens. Prior to that, Mr. Block served 7 years on the South Whitehall Township Zoning Board.

Sandra R. Klevan, CPA/ABV, CFF

Ms. Klevan has been employed in the accounting and finance profession since 1986, with active involvement in business valuation, litigation support and forensic accounting since 1991.  Ms. Klevan obtained an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.  She started her career on the audit staff of the then Price Waterhouse.  She is currently a managing director at Financial Research Associates (FRA) with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.  FRA is a business valuation and forensic accounting firm that specializes in litigation support with a focus on marital dissolution.

Ms. Klevan is a member of the Financial and Valuation Services Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designation and serves on the Family Law Task Force of the AICPA   Ms. Klevan has also taught as an adjunct instructor of Finance at both Saint Joseph's and La Salle Universities.  She has served on panels and made presentations, as well as authored and co-authored several articles in the area of business valuation and forensic accounting for organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Society of Appraisers, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.

Previously, Mr. Poutasse worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the International Assignment Services group specializing in U.S. individuals working overseas and foreign nationals working in the U.S.  He has also worked at a boutique tax firm where he focused on tax planning and compliance for Real Estate Developers and Estates and Trusts.  He is a current member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Steerman was also a member of a group of judges, lawyers, and psychologists who were stakeholders in establishing the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and a model form of Order for Parenting Coordination. Mr. Steerman is also a member of a judges, masters, lawyers and psychologists group that meets monthly to address custody issues unique to Pennsylvania, and the way in which they are handled.

He received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Mr. Schreibstein graduated from Temple Law School in 2008 and clerked for Judge Susan Peikes Gantman of the Pennsylvania Superior Court for three years. He later worked for Dinsmore & Shohl in the Corporate Department doing commercial mortgage foreclosure work. Mr. Schreibstein then had a clerkship with Judge Gail Weilheimer of the Montgomery Court of Common Pleas family division for two years. In that role, Mr. Schreibstein drafted opinions, helped establish procedures for Judge Weilheimer’s chambers, and advised her regarding decisions in custody, equitable distribution, child support matters, and with respect to pre-trial civil motions.

A native of Philadelphia, Diana C. Schimmel earned her Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA. Diana began her career in civil practice in Philadelphia, but soon chose to focus exclusively on family law as her committed specialty.

Diana found her passion for family law in law school while she was a law clerk at the Harrisburg firm of Smigel, Anderson & Sacks. It was here she got her first experience with high asset divorce settlements and child custody disputes; discovering that she wanted to work with families.

Diana has served as the interim law clerk to The Honorable Donna M. Woelpper in the Family Court of Philadelphia, Juvenile Dependency branch, working closely with the Judge both in chambers and in the courtroom, learning the process from a neutral standpoint.

Most recently, Diana worked as a Child Advocate Attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia in its Child Advocacy Unit. Here, she honed her courtroom presence, and represented numerous dependent children, advocating both for their needs and best interests.

Diana is active in the legal community, as a member of both the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, specifically their respective Family Law Sections. Patrick J. Reilly is a native of the Lehigh Valley, and has been practicing law since 1980. He is a well-established litigator with a successful reputation in civil and criminal matters.
