Patrick Tracy is Director of Exchange Compliance for UPMC Health Plan of Pittsburgh. In addition, he also oversees the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) product at UPMC, known as UPMC for Kids, which is the largest CHIP program in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Tracy has more than 15 years of experience in health care administration and consulting, with a focus on product implementations, regulatory compliance and operations. He has presented at national conferences on many topics, including Exchange compliance, member engagement, and regulatory audit readiness.

Prior to joining UPMC Health Plan, Mr. Tracy was a health and human services consultant with Deloitte in Pittsburgh and with CGI Group, Inc., in New York City. He has a B.A. from Wheaton College in Norton, Mass., and an M.P.A. from New York University.
