Mark S. Warshavsky is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Business Valuation and Litigation Services Group, one of the largest in the New York metropolitan area, with certified business valuation professionals and a team of forensic accountants. He has multiple credentials in the fields of business valuations and forensic accounting, and is a licensed New York State private investigator. Mr. Warshavsky is also a member of the firm’s three-person Executive Committee.

Mr. Warshavsky has been retained by businesses, law firms, financial institutions, insurance companies and individuals to provide services in diverse areas of business valuations and forensic accounting, including complex litigation assignments.  He has served as an expert witness and consultant in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration cases.  He has been selected as a court appointed neutral expert and arbitrator, and is approved to accept appointments as an accountant and business appraiser in several counties of New York State pursuant to NYS Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge.

Anthony P. Valach is a member in the Philadelphia office and co-chairs the Privacy and Data Security Group at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC. Previously, Anthony was General Counsel and Vice President of Operations at a leading IT Managed Service Provider which provides businesses in the Philadelphia area with network monitoring, data infrastructure support and business technology solutions. Among other things, Anthony was responsible for developing policies and procedures to prevent data breaches and cyber-attacks and coordinating responses to them. Anthony’s background in engineering and complex litigation helped ensure that his clients’ vulnerabilities were proactively considered and responded to appropriately. 

Anthony earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and his law degree from The Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. At Chicago-Kent, he received a Certificate in Intellectual Property, a Certificate of Distinction in Strategies in Intellectual Property Law and was the Managing Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. Following admission to the Illinois Bar, he worked at a boutique firm in Chicago focusing on complex federal litigation representing plaintiffs in both class and individual actions. Anthony’s technical expertise allowed him to develop strategies to quickly and comprehensively analyze complex and voluminous electronically stored information (ESI) to uncover patterns of conduct and fraudulent activity. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois bars and is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Patrick Kingsley has tried more than 40 cases involving diverse legal claims and fact patterns in several different forums across the country. As a trial lawyer, he has tried both jury and non-jury cases and has represented clients in arbitrations, mediations and hearings before administrative law judges and referees. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law, instructing students on trial advocacy skills.

Patrick handles a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, focusing much of his practice on construction and surety litigation. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, sureties and building product suppliers in construction disputes involving claims for delay, unforeseen site conditions, poor workmanship, defective materials, design errors, liquidated damages, mechanics’ liens, change orders, lost productivity, bid protests, warranty claims, performance bond claims, payment bond claims and indemnity claims.

Assistant United States Attorney Charlene Keller Fullmer is the Deputy Chief for Affirmative Litigation in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she supervises and prosecutes health care and affirmative fraud matters. She led the Philadelphia civil prosecution team that investigated and resolved allegations of off-label promotion of the atypical antipsychotic drug Risperdal by Johnson and Johnson and its subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals, which resulted in a $2.2 billion global settlement with the Department of Justice, the largest paid for a single drug.  In 2009, she served on the team that investigated and resolved allegations of off-label promotion and kickbacks by Pfizer, Inc. The $2.3 billion civil and criminal resolution was at the time the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice. For her efforts in these matters, she was the recipient of the 2014 Attorney General’s Award for Fraud Prevention, an Award of Commendation from the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division, Tony West, and the 2014 National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association’s Investigation of the Year. In October 2010, Attorney General Eric Holder presented her with the Attorney General Award for Exceptional Service, the Department of Justice’s highest commendation.
