Tom is an audit partner with over 25 years of experience with an emphasis on the healthcare industry. Tom has served healthcare systems and health insurance organizations throughout his career. Tom has significant experience with SEC engagements and internal control reporting under the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Tom has also served a number of venture-backed and emerging growth companies.

Tom is a member of the AICPA and is licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University which included graduation from the University Scholars Program.

Tom is the Treasurer for the Arc Baltimore, which is a non-profit organization that provides services to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum and the American Diabetes Association (Maryland Chapter).
