Since 1978, Richard F. Brabender has valued hundreds of businesses across
nearly the entire spectrum of American industries for buy-sell agreements,
employee stock purchases, employee stock ownership plans, equitable distribution
proceedings, estate, gift and inheritance tax, life insurance coverage and
actual sales, acquisitions and mergers. He has provided expert reports and
expert testimony in Allegheny, Beaver, Blair, Butler, Center, Clarion, Crawford,
Elk, Fayette, Indiana, Lackawanna, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Washington and
Westmoreland Counties. He also provided litigation support services in Ohio,

His background as a tax and estate planning attorney, as well as a business
