Ms. Borradaile is an attorney with the firm of Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Ms. Borradaile received her B.S.B.A from the University of Richmond in 2002 and her JD/MBA from Villanova University in 2006. She became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2006.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Borradaile served as a Family Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph P. Testa. J.S.C., in Cumberland County, New Jersey. During her clerkship she acquired extensive experience in legal writing, including the preparation of legal opinions, court orders, and briefs. During her time as a law clerk, Ms. Borradaile was also trained and served as a certified mediator.

Ms. Borradaile is a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania, Chester County, and Montgomery Bar Associations. She has been a member of the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court since 2008. Elected to the executive board in 2012, Ms. Borradaile currently serves as president.

Ms. Borradaile is trained in both mediation and collaborative law. She has been a member of the Collaborative Professionals of Southeastern Pennsylvania since 2008. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Collaborative Law Committee.

As an attorney affiliate of the Women’s Resource Center, she regularly volunteers at the Center’s legal direct nights which provide free consultations to low income clients. The Women’s Resource Center’s mission is to support women, strengthen families, and build communities through referral, counseling, and legal and educational services.

Ms. Borradaile was named a Rising Star in Family Law by Super Lawyer Magazine for 2010, 2014-2016. The rising star award is given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing law for less than ten years. She was named an Awesome Attorney by Suburban Life Magazine in 2011 and 2012. Ms. Borradaile was named a Top Lawyer by Main Line Today Magazine.

Ms. Borradaile’s practice is limited to all aspects of family law including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, spousal support, custody, relocation, enforcement/modification of postnuptial agreements, and prenuptial agreements.

Inna Materese is a family law attorney with Dischell Bartle & Dooley in Lansdale, PA. Inna concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including but not limited to, divorce, custody, and support matters. Inna’s focus is on helping her clients achieve their individual goals through a collaborative, resourceful, and compassionate approach.

Inna is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and is the Programming Chair of the Doris Freed Inn of Court.

Prior to joining Dischell Bartle & Dooley, Inna practiced at Berner Klaw & Watson, a Philadelphia family law firm, where she honed her client-centered and cost-effective approach. Inna completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida prior to attending the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
