Christopher M. Harvey is a member in the law firm of Harvey Ballard &
Bomstein, LLC,
where he heads up the estate planning and tax practice
areas.
Mr. Harvey focuses in the legal transactions surrounding estate and tax
planning.
Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Villanova University
School ofLaw teaching
Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation, Income Taxation of
Trusts and Estates, Estate
Planning II, Post-Mortem Estate Planning, and
Decedents' Estates and Trusts. In addition,
he is a frequent lecturer
throughout the country on these topics for accountants and
attorneys earning
continuing professional and legal education credit.
Mr. Harvey earned his B.S. degree in accounting (cum laude) from the
University of
Delaware, as well as his J.D. (magna cum laude) and LL.M. from
the Villanova
University School of Law where he was associate editor of the
Law Review. In addition
to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is
admitted to the Pennsylvania and New
Jersey bars.
