Reading & Lehigh Valley Chapters Whitewater Rafting Trip

Don’t miss the EasyWater rafting trip with the Reading and Lehigh Valley Chapters. This year we're using a different rafting company: Jim Thorpe River Adventures and ensuring the trip is accessible to all. EasyWater Rafting is good for most ages and ability levels.

The action starts immediately just below the put-in point with Jim Thorpe Rapid. You'll enjoy both rapids and quiet, serene pools that are perfect for swimming alongside your raft.

Registration includes river guides, rafts, life jackets, paddles, lunch, and a shuttle to and from the river.  Water bottles are provided with lunch, but please be sure to bring an extra one, especially if it’s a hot day. Showers and changing rooms are available at the facility.

Please fill out this release form and bring it with you on the day of the event.

Footwear & Attire:

Please wear secure footwear. No flipflops or slip-on sandals allowed. Tennis shoes, that you don’t mind getting wet, will work fine as well as water shoes.

Length: 3 - 4 hours
Distance: 8 miles

Lunch includes chips, a granola bar, and bottled water with your choice of sandwich: 

• Turkey and cheese
• Ham and cheese
• Roast beef and cheese
• Veggie
