12:25 p.m. The R&D Tax Credit: An Essential Tax Savings Tool for your Clients
Under the 2017 Tax Credits and Jobs Act, many of the credits and incentives that businesses had relied on were eliminated and/or had their value diminished.
As taxpayers and tax preparers alike work to understand the impact of this legislation, they will likely find themselves looking toward the research credit as one of the primary, permanent tax planning tools still available. In this 100-minute session presented by Tax Credits Group, attendees will have an opportunity to learn about what the credit it, how it works, and how to recognize clients who might be eligible to claim it. They’ll also be presented with real-world case study examples which will help them to understand the potential opportunity of benefit a client might receive and will have the opportunity to address questions through a live Q&A session.
