Robert C. Jazwinski, CPA/PFS, CFP®

As President and Founder of JFS Wealth Advisors, Bob has over 40 years’ experience helping clients achieve their financial goals through integrated financial planning and portfolio management services.  Bob’s vision for starting JFS was to capture an individualized approach to wealth management, prioritizing personal attention to clients’ unique goals and circumstances and crafting quality, tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Bob leads a team of dedicated, independent wealth advisors who create value for individuals, families and institutions through transparency in service and a disciplined approach.  The JFS team develops investment strategies based on the science of capital markets, employing investment principles that are grounded in research and stand the test of time.

Sean Gibbon, CPA/PFS, CFP®

As Advisor at JFS Wealth Advisors, Sean is responsible for the ongoing management of existing client relationships and retention of clients. Sean assists with the coordination of financial planning, tax planning, development of personal financial plans and development of investment strategies.  He provides support to our team of senior advisors and technical specialists related to client service.

Prior to joining JFS, he was a student at Westminster College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 2016.  Sean is a Certified Public Accountant, and in 2019, obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification as well as the Personal Financial Specialist designation.  He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Kyle P. Stuckey, CPA/PFS, CFP®

As Lead Advisor at JFS Wealth Advisors, Kyle works closely with clients to develop, implement and monitor tailored financial solutions. A CPA since 2009 with over ten years of experience in financial services, Kyle has a deep knowledge of the financial planning, investments, and tax matters that are most important to families. He is passionate about helping his clients align their resources with their most sincere values.

Before joining JFS, Kyle spent several years with two respected regional CPA firms, including five years with McKonly & Asbury LLP in Camp Hill, PA. He went on to open his own practice, providing tax and financial planning services in Central PA before joining the team at JFS. Kyle holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, and works with clients through all comprehensive planning phases of their wealth accumulation.  He also holds the CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT certification and Personal Financial Specialist designation through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Ryan Tiesi, CPA, CFA

As the Chief Financial Officer for JFS, Ryan is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm, including the development of financial strategies and oversight of all accounting and finance-related activities.

Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting. He also earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.  Ryan is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and CFA Institute.

Michelle L. Wright, CPA, MST

As Tax and Accounting Director at JFS Wealth Advisors, Michelle is responsible for managing individual income tax compliance and business accounting services, developing and implementing tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses and assessing the impact of tax law changes to individuals and businesses.

Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).  She also serves as a Board Member of Compass Family and Community Services.

A frequent speaker at Youngstown State University Institute on Taxation, Michelle has over fifteen years of public accounting experience in tax compliance and consulting for individuals and closely-held businesses, researching complex tax issues and managing federal and state tax audits.
