Jeff Kowalczyk is an audit and tax manager with Barbacane, Thornton & Company LLP, with specialties in governmental, non-profit, and employee benefit plan clients.  In his capacities, he has worked with clients to implement complex accounting standards and to respond to changes in the financial and regulatory environment, and has provided advisement on internal control development and implementation.  In addition, he has provided training internally and through external client seminars.

Jeff obtained his bachelors of science in accountancy from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing graduate studies at West Chester University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA, including serving on the PICPA’s Not Profit Committee.
