There is only one sure-fire way you will attract and keep the best clients. You must be the kind of CPA that others will like, trust, and want to do business with. This unique webinar will show you exactly how to do this. The secret to creating trust with clients is to be accountable for what you say and what you do. Accountable people do four things consistently: 1. They keep their promises. 2. They consider the consequences of their actions. 3. They take responsibility for their mistakes. 4. They correct their mistakes and do their level best not to repeat them. You will hear true, inspiring stories of the great things that can happen when leaders do these things. You'll also learn about the dire consequences of not doing them. This event may be a rebroadcast of a live event and the instructor will be available to answer your questions during the event.

Learning Objectives:

After attending this presentation you will be able to:

  • Recognize the four crucial elements of accountability
  • Identify how to become more accountable to clients

We'll also discuss the differences between good and bad clients. Hint: it's not just about how long it takes for you to get paid.

We'll conclude with a Call to Action so that you can put a few of the lessons from this webinar into practice immediately. Even doing one of the items that Bruce suggests will enrich your accounting practice and your life.
