All of us understand the challenges and burden of cleansing, de-duping and analyzing program and client data to meet program requirements. So much time and focus are spent on just meeting those requirements that often the opportunity to leverage existing data to inform and support strategic decisions, compliance and programmatic performance is missed.
In this session, we will explore possibilities and outcomes of addressing data integration within Community Action. This will include ways to help standardize and de-dupe data and how to leverage data that is collected to fulfill existing requirements more efficiently, identify areas of need and inform future growth potential.
Learning objectives:
1. Identify tips and tricks to
standardize and streamline data capture.
2. Discuss data strategies and what
some organizations in the network are doing to solve this challenge.
3.
Explore how the combination of structured organization-wide data and publicly
available information can be leveraged to inform strategic decision
making.
