You can log in to PICPA’s website by using the boxes located in the upper right corner of any page. You will also be prompted to log in when you visit a members-only resource or register for a course.

You will use the e-mail address on file with PICPA (the one that receives PICPA e-mails) and your password to log in. If you have not yet created a password, you will need to do so by creating an account.

Note – All PICPA members have an account. New members will receive an email on how to set your password.

If you have previously created an account/password but forgot it, visit the "Forgot your Password" page. Enter your e-mail address and click SEND. Your e-mail address on file will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. This link will only be active for an hour so make sure to do this within that timeframe. Enter a new password that meets the minimum criteria. When finished, click SAVE to update your account information. Login with your email and new password.

You can update your e-mail address by updating your profile in the My Account section. You can customize your PICPA e-mails by setting your Communications Preferences.

Your computer needs to have software that allows you to play audio files. Examples include Windows Media Player, iTunes, or Quicktime.

You can open PDF files by using the Adobe® Reader® program. Adobe® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on a variety of hardware and operating system platforms.

Paste the URL of the podcast into your podcast-catching program, such as iTunes. Allow the program to download, and then sync the podcast with your MP3 player.
