Governance & Structure

The organizational structure of the PICPA is composed of the following:

PICPA Board of Directors

The Board is PICPA’s governing body and has general charge of the property and affairs of the Institute, including the power to direct and control the expenditure of funds, to formulate and present plans for the advancement of the Institute, and to fulfill other responsibilities as assigned. The Board will be composed of the PICPA officers and seven at-large-directors, who are elected for a two-year term.

Bylaws Referendum

Due to significant changes within the profession, PICPA leadership evaluated the PICPA bylaws and recommended changes be made to ensure continued relevancy and viability. PICPA Council approved these bylaws amendments and recommended they be presented to the membership for a vote.
