The organizational structure of the PICPA is composed of the following:
The Board is PICPA’s governing body and has general charge of the property and affairs of the Institute, including the power to direct and control the expenditure of funds, to formulate and present plans for the advancement of the Institute, and to fulfill other responsibilities as assigned. The Board will be composed of the PICPA officers and seven at-large-directors, who are elected for a two-year term. View volunteer leadership.
Council guides the direction of the PICPA by identifying and advising on issues of importance to the profession and the PICPA. Council has responsibility for evaluating and revising the PICPA strategic plan, authoring resolutions on issues affecting the
profession, and proposing amendments to the bylaws. Council will be composed of members of the Board and 34 geographically and demographically diverse at-large delegates who are elected for a two-year term. View volunteer leadership.
The foundation oversees PICPA's professional education programs.
PICPA committees on the state and local levels bring members together to plan PICPA conferences, events, and more opportunities. Committees are a great way to get involved with the PICPA. View the full listing and join a committee.
