The U.S. Census Bureau reports that one in three residents is a minority. By 2044, minorities will become the majority of the U.S. population. The PICPA Diversity Committee recognizes the urgent business case for diversity and is committed to the recruitment, retention, and development of minority CPAs.

Why You Can’t Afford to Ignore Diversity
