The PICPA has agreed to take part in a survey to enhance the recruiting and retention of accounting talent. Please consider sharing your thoughtful and honest feedback.
By Megan Killian, vice president – member relations
The PICPA has partnered with a leading university to do important research on employee satisfaction and career growth in the accounting profession.
The talent pipeline is a critical professional issue, both
in ensuring the flow of new accounting professionals into the job market and retaining top talent at your firm or business. The data gathered from this research will help identify career roadblocks and barriers and assess current work environments
in order to improve work experiences for all accounting professionals.
The PICPA will get access to the overall results, as well as a state-specific analysis to share with our members. All responses are confidential and anonymous, and only aggregate results will be shared.
Please consider sharing your thoughtful and honest feedback by taking this survey. The deadline to participate is May 31. If you have any questions related to the survey, please contact R. Mithu Dey, CPA, PhD, associate professor of accounting and lead researcher for this project, at ratna.dey@howard.edu.
