The CPA-PAC is prohibited by Pennsylvania campaign finance law from receiving any contributions from corporations. If your firm is a limited liability company or a professional corporation, CPA-PAC can accept your contribution but we must receive affirmation that your firm (1) is treated as a partnership for federal tax purposes and (2) that the contribution does not contain corporate funds. Please email governmentrelations@picpa.org verifying that information at your earliest convenience.

In the event that either one of those statements are false, we will credit your contribution to the Political Education Committee of Certified Public Accountants (PEC-CPA), where it will be used for government relations activities.
