Payment is due prior to publication. Additional $10 "blind box" fee for advertisers to receive replies confidentially. Replies are forwarded to advertisers on a continual basis. Classified ad rates are noncommisionable.

The Pennsylvania CPA Journal is printed on a 5-color web press. We accept advertisements via email PDF. Please use the address jdeluccia@picpa.org. Include all fonts used in document.

Submission Requirements

The preferred method of ad material submission is press-quality PDF. All images within this PDF need to be above 200 DPI and must be in CMYK - no spot colors or index colors can be used. 

Bleeds

Bleeds are permissible on full-page ads only.

Additional Charges

  • Special position - add 10% to space charge only

Inserts

Publisher will accept preprinted bind-in or blow-in cards. Materials must be supplied by advertiser. Call for rates.

Agency Discounts

A discount of 15% of gross billing will be given to eligible advertising agencies on the following charges only: display space, color, bleed, and position. To qualify for the advertising agency discount, agency information must be provided in the "billing" section of the advertising agreement. In-house agencies are eligible for the discount if they provide services to three or more other active commercial clients and submit a mailing list of stated clients with the advertising agreement.
