Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors are on-campus leaders helping to grow awareness of accounting careers.
These paid student representatives engage in their local communities to inspire and support their peers.
Meet the current ambassadors
Responsibilities
Student Ambassador responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruiting PICPA student members
- Reaching out to undecided students to promote the CPA designation and accounting profession
- Promoting PICPA Scholarships and programs via social media and on-campus channels
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a college Sophomore, Junior or Senior who is
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting (or equivalent) major at an accredited College or University
- Outgoing, connected to fellow students, and able to adopt a leadership role on behalf of PICPA
- Comfortable building strong partnerships with educators and peers
- Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
