Young Leader Awards

The PICPA annually recognizes its members under the age of 40 who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to the accounting profession through the PICPA or community service.

In addition to climbing the ranks quickly at their organizations, past winners have gone on to serve as PICPA leadership, committee chairs, and conference speakers.

The 2026 Young Leader Awards nominations have all been received. This year's winners will be honored at PICPA's Annual Meeting & Celebration on May 4-5.
