The Legislation Committee recommends policies regarding nontax legislation and fosters relationships with members of the Pennsylvania legislature.

The committee provides lawmakers, regulators, and the public with strategic leadership and technical expertise on issues that affect the socioeconomic and business environment on the state and national level. The committee recommends policies regarding nontax legislation to PICPA Council, implements Council decisions, and fosters relationships with members of the Pennsylvania legislature.

The committee meets in Harrisburg two to three times per year, in person or via conference call, in conjunction with the CPA-PAC Board. Additional meetings may be held at the call of the committee chair. Feedback is requested periodically via email.
