Professional Ethics
The Professional Ethics Committee is comprised of members elected to three-year terms who evaluate ethics situations for compliance with the PICPA and AICPA Codes of Professional Conduct, investigate ethics cases through the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program with the AICPA, and review and comment on proposed changes to the Codes.
