PICPA College Scholarships

Congratulations 2017 winners!

If you are a declared accounting major, PICPA can help you with your college financial needs.

PICPA scholarships range from $1,000 to $5,000, and many may be renewed for an additional year provided each student maintains the application criteria and satisfies other renewal requirements established by the PICPA.

Who can apply

  • Applicants are required to be currently enrolled full time at a Pennsylvania college/university (not limited to those listed below) and must have completed a minimum of 36 credit hours.
  • Applicants are required to have declared a major in accounting.
  • Applicants are required to have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Students completing their education requirements in May through August 2017 are NOT eligible to apply.
  • Awards are given on a competitive basis to candidates that best satisfy the requirements of high intellectual capacity, leadership potential, financial need, and intent to pursue a career in accounting.

Regional Scholarships by School

Some PICPA scholarships are awarded geographically and apply to specific colleges/universities. No additional applications are required to apply for a regional scholarship. To apply, complete the regular application through the link above.

Central Chapter

Two scholarships - $1,500 each

Erie Chapter

Two scholarships - $500 each

Two scholarships - $1,000 each

Three scholarships - $1,000 each

Five scholarships - $1,500 each
